In the case of late payments, we send automatic reminders by email and SMS. Please note that these reminders cannot be stopped until overdue repayments are settled.
For each overdue repayment, we charge late interest according to your credit agreement, calculated for every day the payment is overdue.
If the delay continues, a reminder fee of €5.00 will be added to your outstanding balance together with reminder invoices.
💡 Tip: To avoid late fees, make sure to pay your instalments on time. You can always check your due amounts and dates by logging in to your account.
