I can’t verify my bank account

Bank account verification is handled between Monthio and your bank.

During the application process, you can contact Monthio directly via chat, and they will help you solve the issue:

  • On mobile: open the three dots menu at the top of the screen and select the chat option.

  • On computer: the Monthio chat appears as a blue button at the bottom left, next to the bank list.

💡 Tip: Keep your online banking credentials ready — this will make the verification process faster and smoother.
